IndoRow 6 week program!


Our newest location in Warwick is beginning the next round of our 6 week indoor water rowing program.  This program will take a beginner and give them a full rowing experience in a 45 minute class twice a week.  This workout is a low-impact, full body cardio and strength training workout!  We workout as a team and support each other in a fun environment.  Clients, who have completed the 6 week program are now wearing smaller pants sizes, have reduced medications and reporting lower cholesterol levels.  Also, clients admit to experiencing feeling stronger and having fun while they work out!  If you think this is for you, please contact me today to sign up.  We have limited spots still available!  (845)313-8699
