Indoor Rowing Program
Indo-Row – 6 week program designed to take you from a beginner to an accomplished rower! Works Legs, Core and Arms all while raising your heart rate for a complete overall Strength and Cardio workout!
Open Row – 45 minute class on the Indoor Water Rowers for a complete cardio and full body strength training workout.
Intermediate Row – Must already have completed the 6 week Indo-Row program or be a proficient rower. Not for beginners.
