20-20-20 – 20 minutes of indoor cycling, 20 minutes of indoor rowing and 20 minutes of strength training. This is a circuit style class designed to hit all muscle groups and increase heart rate for heart health.
Power/Pedal – 30 minutes of functional movement and strength training (routines vary from class to class) followed by 30 minutes of indoor cycling. All levels are welcome!
Cycle/Core – 45 minutes of indoor cycling followed by 15 minutes of core strengthening. All levels are welcome!
Spin – 45 minute cycling class. All levels welcome!
Yoga – 1 hour of yoga. All levels are welcome!
Power Mat– 45 minute Small Group Core strength training on the Mat using Pilates type moves.
Core & More-1 hour small group training focuses mainly on Core strength but will incorporate full body exercise.
Row & More – 1 hour small group training utilizing the Indoor Water Rowers and various core strength training.
Boot Camp– 1 hour small group training that will incorporate various equipment and body weight training.
