Our newest location in Warwick is beginning the next round of our 6 week indoor water rowing program. This program will take a beginner and give them a full rowing experience in a 45 minute class twice a week. This workout is a low-impact, full body cardio and strength training workout! We workout as a team and support each other in a fun environment. Clients, who have completed the 6 week program are now wearing smaller pants sizes, have reduced medications and reporting lower cholesterol levels.
